Shiksha Portal operates this candidate registration and result-access platform. This policy describes the personal data we process, why we process it, and the choices available to candidates. The information here reflects the current practices of the app owner and the platform capabilities used to run the service.

• Registration details: Name, father's name, address, phone number, email address, and qualification.
• Account identifiers: A unique registration number generated at sign-up and the authentication user ID created by the backend auth provider.
• Result data: Marks, grades, remarks, result descriptions, and any PDF documents uploaded by administrators on behalf of a candidate.
• Communications data: Email address used to send registration confirmations and service notifications.
• Technical data: Standard server logs, cookies, and analytics data needed to keep the service secure and available.

• To create and manage candidate accounts and issue registration numbers.
• To publish individual results and consolidated result PDFs to the correct candidate.
• To send job and exam notifications posted by the administration.
• To respond to support requests and maintain platform security.

The application is hosted on Lovable's managed platform and uses Lovable Cloud for backend database, authentication, and file storage. Email delivery is handled through Resend using the verified domain shikshaportal.net. These subprocessors process data only as needed to operate the service.

This is a description of enabled integrations, not an independent certification of any third-party service.

We use essential authentication cookies to keep candidates signed in securely. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies. Any analytics used are limited to understanding how the portal is used so we can improve performance and reliability.

Candidate profiles, results, and uploaded documents are retained for as long as the administration needs them to provide the service and meet applicable record-keeping obligations. Candidates may request deletion or correction of their personal data by contacting the administrator; however, result records that form part of an official process may need to be preserved.

Candidates can update their own profile information from the dashboard. For access, correction, deletion, or portability requests, or to object to processing, please contact the administrator at the email address below.
